The Nottingham Waterplane event is held on the lakes in Colwick Country Park, both pilots and spectators are welcome and you are allowed to camp on site in either tents or caravans if you wish.

Camping is normally charged at £5 per night (but is subject to change by Nottingham City Council)

You do not have to be a Waterplane member as this can be arranged at the event.

Due to charges levied by the council a small fee to fly may be made by the Waterplane committee.

The Waterplane association meet at various venues around the country through the year.

They also meet on the first Sunday of every month at Billing in Northampton.
